ABOUT TUNJI T. SAWYER
Tunji Sawyer, MBA, is the president and founder of Tunji Sawyer & Associates, one of the top integrated marketing communications firms in the country.
Throughout his 15-year career in communications, he has held senior leadership roles, including, but not limited to work as a senior public affairs officer and senior marketing copywriter. He has worked in support of corporate partnerships between several major brands, including InterAct Accessories, Sony, Nintendo, Sega, ESPN and Mattel, respectively.
Additionally, Tunji has worked as an adjunct professor at nationally-ranked public and private universities where he has delivered lectures on a wide-range of subject matter, including integrated communications, social media and business management.
The prestigious National Black Public Relations Society and the National Association of Black Journalists have also recognized Tunji's work by asking him to serve as a panelist at their 2011 National Conference and Media Institute, respectively.
His philosophy is simple-approach each project as if it were your own. This type of deliberation has been the hallmark of work for clients such as the Washington Mystics and many others.
He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with concentrations in both Marketing and Information Technology, with additional graduate studies in Interactive Media Design.
